Justin Durano is a store manager at the classic shoe maker Cole Haan. Having over 10 years of high intensity customer service experience, he continues to challenge himself at all levels of retail. He enjoys leading, directing, and maintaining a top fashion door in Portland, Oregon. Adapting his roles over the past two years, Justin has gained experience communicating to clients and business contacts of all levels. He strives to make long term client relationships and has a goal to always have a strong team that feed off one another. In light of his passion for shoes and soccer, he has aspirations to own his own business. Justin volunteers his spare time to assist his father with coaching the Sunset High School Women's Varsity soccer squad. Justin graduated from the University of Portland with a BBA in Marketing and Management. While focusing on entrepreneurship, he was able to be an elite E-Scholar. As a E-Scholar Justin was able to develop a business plan & pitch on a business focused on Futsal and it's growing interest in the Pacific Northwest. Critiqued and edited by the dean of the school of business, Justin was able to gain real life entrepreneurial skills.
